"Hi, I'm Art Malov from Your Dating Coach in New York City and I'm the author of Park Bench Dating. In this segment we're going to talk about how to get back into dating. And it can be hard if you've been out of the dating world for a few months or even a few years and you know if you've been recently divorced or you have recently separated, or if something happened, or you just didn't date for a few years it's going to be very different to get back into the dating world. Because you know you're starting everything from scratch. Some dating rules no longer apply and that's why you want to be able to start dating by gradually immersing yourself into the whole dating scene. One way to do it is, is going to different events. Going to any kind of group events, hobbies, sport events, are excellent for expanding your horizons. You have to get out of your comfort zone. You know if you've done something for a few years and you're feeling you're not meeting the women you want then you should start putting yourself out there. You have to start going out and talking more to women and that's how you're going to start slowly and gradually, but start meeting women.
