"Hi, this is Liz Muller form Liz's Hair Design in Hollywood Florida. In this clip we're going to talk about how curl long hair and the products to use for it. I am going to go ahead and proceed to show you how to curl this hair. Even though it's curly I want my hair to look like ringlets look. Like Shakira you know how she has like that big curly hair and in order to do so. I'll use like a hydrating conditioner in the hair. A leave in and I place it all over the hair. So it wont get frizzy and put it all the way through and then I take some jell. I like jell better that mousse. I tend to feel that it makes the hair less crispy feeling like when you add the mousse. If you use mousse it leaves the hair like kind of crunchy, crispy like hard. The jell doesn't seem to do that. If you use a nice soft jell a thin jell. I don't like anything too heavy. If it's really thick sometimes it's too heavy for my hair. I always proceed to just go ahead and squeeze the hair like this. Sometimes if it's too wet. I take a towel and I squeeze the hair like this. So it can curl and at the same time I can actually push in my curls and make it nice and soft and then if I want to make it quick and fast. Instead of just leaving to dry naturally. I use a diffuser and I defuse my hair and make it curly. This is Liz Muller and this is how your curl long hair and products to use."
