"Hi, I'm Amelia, and I'm going to talk to you about how to choose a haircut for a round face. Basically with a round face, what you're looking at is a large circle. So, if you have a round face, you're not going to want to use, to get a hairstyle that draws a horizontal line across the widest part. So, that means you need to stay away from Bobs, you need to stay away from anything that gives you a lot of volume on the sides. For people with round faces, I recommend something on the longer side, something like this length, because what that's going to do, is this model does not have a round face but, what that's going to do is create length and it's going to draw the eye down. So, if she's got something that's short and it stops here, it's going to make this area of her face appear wider. So, to get away from that width, you want that hair long, it doesn't need to be straight, but it needs to be long, you need that volume down here, not up here. You can also bring more volume through the top and what that's going to do is again elongate, it's all about optical illusions. And, if you have a round face, just remember stay away from anything that's going to go across the face this way. You want something long, and that's how you choose a hairstyle for a round face."
