"Hi I'm Kim Haertl with Simply Beautiful in Austin, Texas. We're going to talk about how to take Vitamin K to reduce the dark circles under your eyes. Vitamin K is an antioxidant that works to strengthen the capillaries under your eyes so the skin becomes a little bit thicker, reducing the appearance of the blood vessels under your eyes. I suggest you take a Vitamin K supplement as part of your daily vitamin routine. And use a cream or a gel that contains at least 5% of Vitamin K. The application is just simple. I want you to do it twice a day. A little on your fingertips, rubbing it gently underneath your eye in the dark circle, and blending it over. If you'd like to massage the area a little bit that's good as well. I think Vitamin K is a very, very effective product to use for dark circles."
