"How you doing there? I'm Simon from No Comply Skate Shop and I'm going to tell you how to do a Kick Flip. O.k., once again, you want to learn how to get your Ollies down really good. Once you got that down, approach your Kick Flip with moderate speeds, starting out on flat ground first, and what you're going to want to do is place your foot, as you'll see me do a little bit in on the grip tape, instead of covering the whole board you want it just half of the board. So that when you do your Ollie, you have enough room to get your foot off of the board, and what you want to do is kick out when the board's at an angle like this. You want to kick the nose down and kick your foot out at the same time, and try and keep both of your feet level with each other as you're in the air, so that when the board comes around both feet catch the board evenly, and then you land, you know, with your knees bent, nice and easy, both feet on top of the bolts. Ride away, just like your Ollie."
