"Feeling the need to lose a little weight after the summer holidays. Hi, my name is Jani Roberts, I'm the owner of the wellness company in Dunedin. And today I'd like to share some ideas, how you can choose the best weight loss program for you. First, be sure to take into consideration, that its got to be doable, don't make this too hard, keep it simple. You want to start making better choices, and you know you have to start moving. So, first, lets start with that. There's got to be some kind of exercise. I don't care if you start just parking a little further away from the mall, whatever it takes, but you've got to get moving. Plan it that way, think ahead, make sure you execute that plan. In addition, you've got to start looking at the food. Think about what you're going to eat ahead of time, don't wait until the last minute, it's the biggest mistake we all make. Think about it for yourself, and for your family. If you work together, it's going to be a whole lot easier, than if you're trying to have an exercise plan for your kids, a separate exercise plan for your husband, and then something for yourself. Particularly for the woman that I'm talking to, you know what will happen? You'll make sure they get everything they need, and then maybe you'll get something for yourself at the end. So choosing this plan, is going to start here; 1, with the exercise, 2 with the food. First exercise, let's start at home. Before you go out and spend a lot of money on a gym membership, or a lot of tools or goodies off the Internet, let's just start first right at home, and keep it simple. Start doing some basic stretching and movement, right in the comfort of your own living room. You don't have to worry about what you're wearing, and you certainly don't have to worry about who's watching. This is a great place to start. Make a choice, and whatever you do, just remember, the most important thing, just get started. I'm Jani Roberts, thanks for joining."
