"Hi, I'm Amar Enhsaihan, I'm going to show you today how to format cells in Excel. I have my example open, so here are the numbers I'm going to format and here are the formatting options. I can turn them into dollars, turn them into percentages, separate them by commas, whenever it's like large number, it's easier to see if you separate them by commas. And then you have digit options. You can make it as many digits as you want or no digits at all. And I can show you an example. So let's say, I want this to be a dollar, click on it, press dollar sign, it's a dollar. If I don't want any digits, I take away the digits like this or give it back to them, like this. If I don't want it to be a dollar, I want to show it as a percentage for some reason, then I click the percentage, here it is, percentage. And that's how you format cells in Excel. I'm Amar Enhsaihan, thank you for watching."
