"Ahhh it's frozen. Hi I'm Rokosz, your digital lifestyle expert. Sometimes your iPod just freezes up. Who knows why it happens. A lot of times it's because you are putting it into a device that's not officially approved for an iPod. When you stick the things in the bottom for some reason it just tends to mess it up and it freezes up on you. To take care of that you just simply do a reset. Now a reset is pretty much an analogous to control, alt delete. Forced quit or holding down the power button for ten seconds. Sometimes digital devices just need to be reset. And if your favorite iPod gets frozen, resetting it is very, very straight forward. All you are going to do is hold down the center button and menu for a few seconds until it resets. I'm going to go ahead and do that. Holding down menu, and the button and we are going to keep doing that until it actually goes blank and you are going to see it reset with the apple symbol there we go. We are going to let if off now and you can see now that it's got it's apple, and it's doing the same thing it does when it restarts, or when you start it up for the first time. Since the iPod doesn't actively have an on off button, it doesn't get a chance to refresh itself as often as computers and other electronics do. And if we wait just a few seconds here it's going to go back to the home screen and we are going to choose the fact that we want it in angles and of course that's your own personal need. And we are ready and go and back. So if your favorite iPod freezes up, menu and center button boom and you are off to a reset. I'm Rokosz your digital lifestyle expert saying stream you later."
