"Name is Samuel Harvell, and I'm a fitness trainer, and also a running coach, and what I would like to do is share with you some tips that you can follow when running in cold weather. Depending on what part of the country you're in you may want to consider wearing like a long sleeved shirt similar to what I'm wearing, and also some running gloves. Maybe in some parts of the country it's not as cold as in other parts, but you'll have to sort of like figure out, you know, what works best for you, and also, you may want to consider wearing like some like, you know long running pants. I usually wear these when the weather is pretty cold out. And also wear running gloves. Sometimes I wear like a running hat, and I usually find that when I wear these clothes I usually just wear them for my warm-up jog before my workout, so that's for maybe say ten to fifteen minutes of just easy warm-up jogging to get the body warmed up. But I found that after that warm-up jog I'm pretty warmed-up. I can take some of the layering off and start my workup, because my body is pretty warm. So, for more information about what to wear in cold weather as a runner, or even for a walker, please contact me at Samuel Harvell @ Harvell Fitness Training.com."
