"In this clip we're going to show you how to do gymnastic flips. How you know in gymnastics is a lot of hard difficulty on the air. We doing flips like this and twists like this. We're using this kind of equipment. We call this the pit. It's like a pool, but this pool don't have water, it have foam pit, a cube of pit. Why? To the gymnasts landing more confidence. They do the skill with no fears and they can don't get hurt. We're going to show you one. Now you can see she landed in there with no problem, no fear, more confident. Now another back flip."
