"In this clip we're going to be talking about being flexible in gymnastics. In gymnastics the flexibility is very important. We'll start little by little. For example, we teaching the stretching to kids. Stretching; there's so many different of stretching and then little by little, we are start to going a little low down; slow and slowly. See in both case; splits, pancake. We also using this. We push him a little bit to help him; they go down and do bridge. I'm recommending in gymnastic, not pushing, the flexibility, don't forcing, go on as slowly, slowly, practice every day."
