In this clip, we're going to be talking basic position in Gymnastics. Gymnastics have so many basic positions. But today, we're going to be talking about hollow position and arch position. These two positions is very, very important in gymnastics. We're going to see here the hollow position. Hollow position helps else in so many skills even in the uneven bars, beam, floor or wall. And also, it's one of the position that we using and conditioning to making a strength the whole body. It helping the strength your shoulders, your stomach and your legs. And this position is the arch position. In the same way, it's making it strong your shoulders, your legs and your back. This position helping also in floor, T bar, high bar and any event.
