"Hi, this is Jeff at the Two Wheeler Dealer. Today I'm going to show you how to replace your bicycle grips. The easiest thing to do is to use compressed air to basically inflate the rubber grip and slide it off of the bar. Otherwise they're nearly impossible to remove. If they're, if you're not trying to save the old grips, probably the easiest thing to do is just to cut them off of the bar. To remove them with the compressed air, just take an air gun and insert the end of it under the end of the grip. Give it a blast and it should slide off as so. To reinstall the grip you can, if you don't have an air compressor, hairspray works really well as kind of a glue, as well as a lubricant to help slide the new grip on. And then it dries and glues it in place. If you don't have that, or you do have compressed air, the easiest thing to do is just put it back on the same way that you remove it. Take the air gun, place the end of the grip over the bar, give it a quick blast of air, and it should slide on. And that's how to replace your handle bar grip."
