"Hi, I'm Rachael Richardson, with Nutrolution, in South Beach, Florida. In this clip, we're talking about how you can easily lose weight. Now, that is the magic question for so many people out there, and everyone seems to have a different solution for what helps them lose weight, or different obstacles that interfere with them losing weight; however, I've worked with hundreds of different people, and I've definitely come to some good concepts about what can help a person lose weight. First of all, setting a goal is most important, and then, being willing to stick through it despite obstacles that come up through the weeks and months. But some of the tactics that I use for weight loss are definitely changing over your fluids to drinking more water, and less of other things that stimulate insulin, like juice, coffee, or sodas. Other things that you can do are really increase your vegetable intake, increase your protein intake, and reduce your processed foods and sugar. These are some of the keys to how you can lose weight.
