"Hi, I'm Sundae with Natural Sundae. Have you ever wondered who could possibly benefit from massage therapy? Well the answer is everyone. Massage therapy is a wonderful therapeutic and holistic type of a therapy that has positive effects on the body, the mind and the emotions or spirit of everyone on the planet, no matter who you are. No matter what your financial situation, no matter what your mental situation, no matter what your emotional situation and no matter what your physical situation. Massage therapy can always bring greater benefits to every part of your life and everyone in the world. Age groups that can benefit. Well first of all infants, infants that are premature, actually and not even premature infants, children of all ages - it can help them thrive. It can boost their immune system, it can boost blood flow. It can boost lymphatic fluid circulation which takes all the byproducts and all the toxins and circulates them out. It definitely increases their ability to accept touch as well, and touch is so soothing and calming that it definitely benefits little babies who have just been born into this world and whose systems need to be strengthened and supported. So massage is wonderful for little babies. It's also wonderful to take stress and anxiety away from children. Being a child these days, I'm sure it's much harder than when I was a child. And massage therapy is so calming and soothing, it helps the nervous system so much, it helps people feel better about themselves and it releases endorphins which are hormones that make you feel positive. It's wonderful for children. Children like to - children aren't very nice sometimes and children pick on each other, some children have a better time and an easier time than others. So therefore massage therapy is wonderful for children. Massage is wonderful for healthy adults with seemingly no problems. It benefits circulation, it benefits increased mood, it decreases stress hormone and it helps muscle pain and spasm. But also for the elderly massage is a wonderful type of therapy because sometimes depending on their personal situation the elderly seem to feel forgotten and unloved. Well massage is a wonderful therapy for the elderly because it helps them feel the warmth and the love and the support and that someone cares for them. So massage is the world over no matter your age, the country, what your problems are, massage can help you. I'm Sundae with Natural Sundae."
