"Facials are relaxing and rejuvenating and the make you feel great while treating your skin. I'm Jackie Silver with how to give yourself a cleansing facial. If you're too busy to get to the spa, why not try doing your own facial treatment at home. Cleansing is the first step to beautiful skin. Pour about a tablespoon of our creamy cleanser into your hands and warm it by rubbing it to the palms. Massage into your face, neck and chest and remove the cleanser with a warm, damp wash cloth. Pat your skin dry with a towel. Next, use a low leather cleanser and massage it into your skin. Rinse well and pat dry. Apply a facial scrub using circular upward movement. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Apply a thick layer of hair conditioner to your face and throat, I know it sounds weird, but it works. Pour ice cubes into a bowl and fill with cold tap water. Lie down with cotton pads soak in cold water and squeeze dry. After twenty minutes, rinse the face and throat with lukewarm water. Dip your hands in ice water and rinse your face and throat again. Pat dry. Apply your moisturizer and massage in. Wrap your face in a dry towel and rub your hands briskly over the towel to stimulate your complexion. Remember to give yourself a cleansing facial. Wash with creamy and low lather cleanser, condition your skin, rinse, rinse again with cold water, massaging and moisturize. I'm Jackie Silver with how to give yourself a cleansing facial. Have a great day."
