"Finding a mortgage broker for a home loan should not be a difficult task. I'm Richard Blake, and I'm here to help you find a mortgage broker for a home loan. One of the best places that you could start searching for a mortgage broker, is actually through your local real estate agent. Generally they're going to have someone that they work with on a daily basis, that they've closed numerous deals with, so you know that they're going to be able to get the deal done for you. You may want to check with friends or family who have recently purchased a home, or closed on a home. Someone that helped facilitate their deal as well, and then you know that they'll be a good go to person when the time comes for you to purchase your home. Many websites have- offer different types of mortgage brokerage services. I highly recommend that you steer away from all of the on-line mortgage brokers. Really it's important to work with a person that you can contact on the phone, or get face to face with, or whatever the case may be. To where you're not submitting a whole lot of information on-line, that they may turn around and submit it to multiple other companies in order to shop your rate, and that sort of thing. If you're working with someone who's referred, or your local bank, or local mortgage broker, or even just whoever your local real estate agent recommends, you're going to have a much easier transaction and much more peace of mind knowing that that information is not going any further than that person. Several websites to look at would be your local real estate agents websites. I've got one set up, richardblakehomes.com. Usually the real estate agent is going to have their preferred mortgage broker on their website, and that's a great way to contact them, is through one of those websites. Okay? Hopefully that's helped you a little bit in finding a mortgage broker; not only finding one, but find a good one. And, I'm Richard Blake, you have a great day. Thank you."
