"You know, a trip outside in the cold weather can be a pretty fun experience; however, could result in certain parts of the body getting cold. Hi, I'm Captain Joe Bruni, and what I'm going to talk about is how to keep feet warm. Basically, your feet and your hands are areas that first feel the effects of cold weather. One of the first steps is to wear the proper type of boot or shoe material that is applicable to cold weather. Also, wearing some type of gator insulating material around the top of the boot area will help to keep snow out of the boots, which will result in wet feet. Basically, some type of fleece or wool sock should be warm, and the feet should be kept warm and dry as possible. Wet feet will result in cold feet. If this occurs, remove the wet shoe covering and the wet sock material, and dry both out before putting them back on. Wet feet and cold hands is never a fun, exciting experience. Taking the proper steps to dry and warm the feet is the key to enjoying a trip to the cold outdoors. I'm Captain Joe Bruni. Stay safe, and we'll see ya' next time."
