"Now we are going to talk about removing the cap to the cooling system. Okay in checking the cooling system you can see I have my safety glasses on. We are going to check and see what the temperature is like in the hose, which is fairly cold, the cap should come off with basically no pressure. I like to use this little tool but I have gloves on or I could get the rubber ones and use them but we are going to use this tool. I like to press down, hold the pressure on it and we are good to go. Do a quick inspection of the cap and this cap is going to need to be replaced. It is a little dry rotted so it is cracking and so we are going to replace this cap. When she is dry rotting she won't seal properly and it will cause it to boil over on you. Go to your local parts store or the dealer and you will be able to get the correct replacement cap to go on here. You can get one that has a little lever on it which will relieve the pressure for you. This system has been drained down already so we should be set to pour our antifreeze protection in here."
