Hi. My name's Bob Linde and I'm going to show you the next move in the 24 yang style tai chi set. I've been practicing tai chi for about 13 years now. So the last moves we saw was the deflect, parry and punch. So we're going to actually do the 24th or the last move in the set. I know you've been learning all along here so it's always exciting when we get to our last move. So we ended with the push in the deflect, parry and punch and now it's very simple as we pivot around we pivot both feet. We scoop down, we close our stance most of the way. We can stand up now, bring our feet together and bow. So we're always going to bow to either our teacher or just out of respect for the set itself for all of our past teachers throughout the history of the yang line. So one more time let me show you the set. We finished the deflect, parry and punch. Nice and slow we pivot around, pivot our other foot, scoop down, plant the foot, stand up, bring your feet together and bow. So thank you for learning the 24 yang style set with me.
