"Well I think we can do a deal. Actually some of the best parts and the worse parts about being a CEO, is essentially being the center of the universe for at least the company that you've put together and that you've grown. A lot of attention, everyone looking at you, everyone looking at to you for what to do, for how they're doing in their job. And it's just fascinating. The attention is very gratifying and the power that you have to get things done is very gratifying. The opposite of that is that it gets pretty tiring, all that sort of attention, and the pressure to do those kinds of things. And if you have any weakness at all as a CEO, it will show. So you're really always working yourself all the time to figure out how I can do the job better. But actually being the center of attention and getting used to that and using that effectively is probably the most gratifying part of the job."
