"Hi, my name is Mike Quebec and today's topic is the benefits of riding a bike. Bicycling works your legs, you'll notice that just this simple act alone works my quads, hamstrings tibialis and my calves, gastrocnemius soleus. It also works my cardio, so a basic program that you'll want to do for bicycling is oh about five minutes of a nice moderate easy pace. And then five minutes of a fast pace. After about five minutes of that, five minutes easy, five minutes fast. Thirty minutes total is a good idea for getting a good bike exercise routine. You burn a lot of calories it's the equal of running without any of the ill effects of running on hard concrete. So basically those are some of the benefits of riding a bike for your exercise program. Thank you."
