"In this section I'll be talking you to about step number three. When you're teaching a child how to swim. So you want to have them do an airplane, and airplane is very simple, you know you just, I'll show you in the water here in a little while. You're just going to have your arms straight out, your legs you know, spread eagle, and you're just going to float on your face. And, there's about one or two different ways of doing this, depending on how many times you're doing it, but when you initially start, either grab them around the waist, or grab them around the armpits, preferably the waist so that they have more upper body movement, and lower body movement. And, you know, if they want to have their head out of the water at first, then just tell them to at least be blowing bubbles, and eventually have them take a deep breath, and put their head in the water. You know and have them have their chin touching their chest, when they put their head in the water and just you know, hold them. And, the whole airplane thing is great because as they do it a little bit more, and more, and more, once they get comfortable with it, then you can slowly let them go. And as you let them go, they'll be floating on themselves, but it's called the airplane, so you want them to be doing the airplane. Alright, in this section, it's a continuation of step number three and it's going to be an airplane with a child. So, very simple, airplane is out like this. You'll just have them try to take a deep breath, and put their head in the water. And, you can either hold them underneath the armpits, or on the waist, or just have them do it by themselves, and just hold them. So, very simple."
