"In this clip we're going to be doing chest openers. OK. As you can see we're already on the mat and we have our inflatable ball, feet flat on the floor. Now, you can change the level on this exercise depending on the strength of your back. You can stay sitting in an upright position, if you want to challenge yourself a little bit more you'll lean back on a slight angle. Open up your arms. What we're going to do is we're going to pass the ball while the arms stay opened, the opposite arm and bring them back. Pass the ball to the opposite arm and then open up the chest. Pass across and open. Try and keep those shoulders relaxed and make sure you're maintaining your breath. If you maintain that angle you're really going to feel a cinch on those abdominal muscles. OK. Pass across. Now, if this is too easy for you, you can always add the foot movement. When you pass the ball you can lift a leg. Pass the ball. Lift a leg. Pass the ball. Lift a leg. This just adds an extra challenge for you. Of course you can go back to your basic. Pass across and open."
