Pilates exercises can be done almost anywhere and can be learned quite easily. In this free video series, learn how to combine your Pilates exercises with a stability ball. With exercise balls, you improve your core muscles, balance, and tone many hard to target muscles. Video Transcript

"The stability ball is added to a work out to challenge your balance and strength. The small stability balls are very different from the large ball, which you'll see in a different series. This stability ball has a burst factor that is very high. It can take a lot of weight on it without bursting. So, a grow man can lay down on this ball. OK. The stability ball as you can see, helps you to roll around, which requires a lot more abdominal strength, in order to work with it. Also, whenever you have a stability ball, depending on how far it's blown up, is how stable or unstable you'll be. The more blown up it is, the more stable. The less blown up it is, the less stable. So, working with a stability ball, is a great addition to any exercise program."
