"In this section, I'll be talking about game number four. It almost seems like it's not a game, it also seems like it's a lesson but it can be a game. Holding their breath under water. So you can have several ways of them doing it. You can just tell them to take a quick breath, close their mouths, and maybe breath out through their nose. Just either try to grab your hand under the water and if you have a toy that'd be great. Just tell them to kind of just quickly, it's kind of like a dunk. But, tell them let's see how long you can hold your breath. What I would really suggest, a lot of time kids are visual just like anybody, even us as adults. So, what you'll want to do is just tell them "okay watch me, take a deep breath, put your head in the water, hold it" and really try to hold your breath a really long time so it give them the impression that at least they'll hold it for quite a bit of time. That's a really cool game. You just tell them, you know, take a deep breath, hold your breath under water for awhile, and let's see who can last the longest. Of course, when you're playing this game with them try to let them win a couple of times. So you come up before they do and you know praise them and stuff like that."
