How to Facilitate Team Effort in Ranch Sorting

"We are going to further this with the team playing aspect. It's important that the team members communicate to one another and make certain that their aware of each others position. It's not unusual to come up with some key phases. We like use things like, let it go when the good cows coming through or watch the six if that's a bad cow and they need to stop it in the hole.
