"Next we're going to talk about the golf spike. I see a lot of guys out there on the golf course wearing sandals, flip flops, tennis shoes and they start sliding from left to right and they are wondering why their stance is all off. It really helps out a lot with your balance and overall feel on the green, for good golf spikes. These right here, these are your typical soft spike. Technology is getting better and better each year and when they got rid of the metal cleats, on a lot of the public golf courses, a lot of people felt like they did have the stability that they wanted. Now a days, that's all changed. These soft spikes are great, specifically when it's wet out in the golf course. You really want to have traction because it's the one connection that you have to the ground. Whether you're hitting out of the mud or you're hitting out of dry grass, that can get slick and the last thing you want to do is injure yourself. I can't stress the importance of a good golf spike, I know the sandals are really important but a good golf spike will give you that good foundation that you need and it's just make, the shot that you're trying to hit, that much easier."
