Basically just get all your friends together, do a little brainstorming, come up with a cool name. And maybe go out to a t-shirt graphic place and have them ya'll, all a t-shirt with the same name on it and you're basically, that is a skateboarding team. If you want to start a skateboarding team for say for your company then the best way to do that is to hire a team manager and have them go out and watch people's footage. Other than that, say that's about how you would go about starting a skateboard team."
