"Hi, I'm Kelli. I'm an aesthetician and make up artist at Ulta Salon and Cosmetics, and I'm going to give you some tips on how you can prevent wrinkles. One of the most important things that you can do is to get on a really good skin care regimen that consists of a really good cleanser and a really good moisturizer. A moisturizer is probably the most important thing that you can do to prevent the first signs of aging. If you think of your skin, the layers of your skin as, basically, like your house, your moisture barrier is the roof of your house. And that's basically what protects the collagen elastin, which are your floors underneath. So you never want to get holes in your roof, and you don't want your roof to thin out, because that's going to lead to leaks, and cause your collagen elastin underneath to break and snap. So using a really good moisturizer is one of the most important things that you can do. You also want to drink a lot of water, that's really important to overall skin health, and eat a healthy diet. You can also use a lot of treatment serums. This is a really great vitamin C serum, also has peptides in it that's going to help to basically keep your collagen elastin intact, and help to stimulate new collagen elastin growth. So, those are some things that you can do to prevent wrinkles."
