"Every digital song needs good effects. So, now we'll show you how to go do that. I've brought the mixture back up here, because this is where all of the effects go in individual channels. I'm taking the kick and putting it in channel one. Now, in channel you see there is this whole menu over here. Each of these drop downs are menu where you can find different effects to put in. Like, if I wanted reverb. Here is the reverb effect. As opposed to it being off. It's a very clear difference. You can have eight effects in any channel, but as I demonstrated before if you want more than eight you can always send this one to the next channel then use that channels eight to make sixteen effects. As there are sixty-four mixer tracks you can do some math to figure out how many effects you can have on one particular instrument. It's quite a large number. Fruity Loops had its own basic effects pack. All the ones labeled fruity in this list are in FL Studio all the rest are ones that I found online through Google. These are VSTs as well. So, just search around and you'll find a bunch. That's pretty much how effects work."
