"OK? After our stretching, we like to go over our ab exercises. It's good to do your ab workout before your cardio workout, because the key to getting a good ab workout, is using correct form. And, it's very difficult to do that if you're tired. So, we're going, the first thing we're going to do are regular crunches. We're going to sit back, feet on the floor, slightly wider than hip width. We're going to put our hands behind our head, and we're going to crunch up. And, we're going to do this twenty times, on not too fast a count. Ready, and go, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty. And, we're going to come down, rest. You don't want to rest too long in your ab workouts, and we're going to do fifteen more. Ready, and go, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, and down. The next workout we're going to do, is the bicycle crunches. We're going to bring our elbow up to our knee, and switch. Ready, we're going to do twenty and go, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty. And down, and it's important to crunch your abs while you're doing these crunches. And, we're going to do fifteen more. Go, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, and down."
