"To treat the pattern of Heart and Spleen Deficiency, we need to choose the point to address two internal organ function. One of the point is called the Paracardial 6 and that's a very commonly used point for vomiting, for nausea, especially for pregnant women. It's a very safe point, so, we find the transverse ridge line and we use patient's finger and three finger above this wrist line, would be two zone and then that's between two tendons is the point called Paracardial 6. So when we insert needles, we insert perpendicularly, .3 to .5 inches between the two tendons. That's one point to help the digestion and also the heart. The other point is on the foot, and it's on the middle line of the first, the big toe. If we find the bone on this big toe, and that would be roughly 1.5 zone below this, the bone on the big toe. And it's between the red part and the white part of the skin. You insert needles straight .5 inch."
