We can use bladder forty-four and this point is located three inches lateral to the mid line of the back. And that's called a due meridian, so we find that the blade of the scapula and along this bald is three inches from the mid line. And then we find that the fifth vertebrae, at the same level of the fifth vertebrae, and next to the shoulder blade is bladder forty-four. And this point when we use that we can insert a needles obliquely point three to point five inch. But we have to be careful with people who are taking blood pressure medication or who tend to have very low blood pressure. So when we needle this they should lie on their back afterwards."
