"We can continue by stretching the quadriceps. You can hold your skate and pull towards your back. You can pull it until the muscles are stretching. So keep the position and at the same time you have to keep your balance because it is also a difficult coordination exercise. If you can't keep your balance, if it is too difficult you can lean on something like a chair or you can help each other with a friend. It is important that these muscles have to be stretched. You will use it a lot during the skating lesson. So now we change the leg and do it with the other leg too so start to pull your skate towards your back and when you feel that the muscle is stretched, you keep the position for a count of 10."
