"Next we have a bokken, it representation of a true schenken. And a shcenken being a live blade or a living samurai sword. The, there's a lot of different kinds of these and they're made from various different types of wood. Again this is a white oak, it's relatively strong. This one, I've had this one for several years. There's all sorts of different kinds out there, my personal favorite is either rosewood or ironwood. But it is simply a representation of a true samurai sword, and this is what you'll primarily be using most of the time during practice. Surbui is not so much unless you're brave, or foolish. And, but it's pretty much what practice is derived out of and this is more or less how the design is and works. So not a lot to it, not a lot to discuss. There's quite a few stores out there that sell them, and they're relatively inexpensive."
