"Let's begin with an Alternate Nostril Breath. And you might want to have some tissues handy cause this really clears out your sinuses. This breath will also help to balance both hemispheres of the brain, both sides of the body. So it really balances everything out, from your mind to your body. It can help to calm you down and relax you. So let's start looking at our hand. Let's take our index finger and our middle finger. We're going to fold those into the palm of the hand as best we can. These two fingers here are going to be used as one finger. So we're going to use our thumb to block off one side of the nose. And as we switch, we use these two fingers to block off the other side of the nose. So let's begin blocking off the right side, and we'll take a nice deep breath in and then we'll switch, breathing out and in, and then we'll switch breathing out, and in. Continuing to alternate from side to side a few times and then remembering to take a few nice deep breaths in regular manner when we're done."
