"In this segment we're going to talk about another different type of a tip with another part of your body. We're going to actually try an elbow tip. This is a really good tip when someone's throwing in a nice high throw and you want to just set it up. So an elbow tip is effective there and also you can do it upside down too. So first of all Ryan's going to try an elbow tip right side up. Now the winds kind of picking up here so it makes it a little bit more difficult and the way I like to do the elbow tip. Is spin it up here and get back to a delay again. You can also do it upside down and there's another type of a trick tip that we can do it's called a knee tip and it's a lot easier to do this one upside down. Spin it here tap it with your knee and you can spin it again. So that's knee and elbow tips again you can do it off of a throw. You can do it off of your own set. Try it out."
