"Hi, in this segment we're going to talk about the triple fake catch. This catch has been around for a long time. It's a type of a behind the back catch, but it's an actually, it's a blind behind the back catch. The normal behind the back catch would be here, and you can see the disc right when it comes into your hand. Well this one, you're actually going to be setting it up the same way, but instead of catching it with your left hand, you're going to come around and catch it with your right hand, so it becomes blind just for about a second just before you catch it. So again, you can set yourself up with the little self-set throw. Set it up, turn, and catch it. So you have to actually twist your body so the Frisbee has enough room to go into your hand. So again, here, at a little bit of angle this way, here, here, here is the triple fake catch. Frisbee's coming in, set it up on this side of your body, turn quickly, and it'll be right there, a triple fake."
