"In this segment we're going to talk about a Frisbee freestyle catch that's called behind the head, a fairly easy catch. Most people will be able to get this fairly quickly, and there's two different ones you can do. The first one would be here, where you catch it right around your head this way; this is the position. So as the Frisbee's coming in nice and high you want to make sure you get your head out of the way, and keep your eye on the disc for as long as possible. Have your hand wide open, so it goes right into your hand, and catch it here, or the other side would be here. So I'm going to' try this side first. I'm going to come up, catch it right here, or come up and catch it right here. You can catch it with thumbs up or thumbs down. The other type of different behind the head catch is around the head with the opposite hand. It's a little bit more difficult because it becomes a blind catch. I'll try that one now, here, here; that's around. So when the Frisbee's here you're actually taking your eye off it for a second, and you have to kind of plan that the Frisbee's going to be right over your shoulder, turn your body, and go right into the catch behind the head."
