"Hi, in this segment we're going to talk about the turkey catch. It's also called the figure four, or the grapevine, but I call it the turkey catch, and that catch; you're going to actually take your hand and move it on the inside of your leg here, and this is where you want to catch. It's a fairly small window, so you have to be pretty precise when you're actually lining this catch up. What I like to do to do the stretch for this catch is actually bring the Frisbee around here, and around here. Now that's right where you want to catch the Frisbee. This stretches out your legs. Now to practice it, you're going to do that little throw to yourself. You're going to toss it up, turkey here; toss it up, turkey here. When that Frisbee's coming in about this level here, you could catch it on the flat, or you can catch it with a lot of angle on it, turkey here, turkey here. You want to make sure that you stretch enough so you have enough room to give yourself enough area so you have a bigger window to catch the turkey catch."
