"Hi, in this segment we're going to start to talk about some more advanced types of trick catches, and one of the first types of ones that you want to try are trick catches that are under the leg. Basically, if the Frisbee's coming in when someone tosses to you anywhere under the, below the waist, it's a great opportunity for you to try your trick under the leg catch. And one of them would be right hand under right leg. So the Frisbee's coming in here, you lift up your right leg, and you can catch it here. So an example of that is here, here. Another way you could catch a trick throw with your right hand is under your opposite leg; might even be a little bit easier for some people. So the Frisbee will come be coming in on flight here, you'd lift this leg up, and catch it here. Now, to practice these on your own it's very simple. You can do that little simple throw to yourself. So you'd throw it up, catch right hand under left leg. You can also throw it up; right hand under right leg and you can also do the opposite side; left hand under right leg, and left hand under left leg."
