I would like to talk about the colors in a bedroom now. So the general rule here is not to use a very vibrant or energetic colors in the bedroom because this is the place where you want to rest. So reserve those rich dark colors for some other areas of your space and use more relaxing colors. So it's ok if they are vibrant but my suggestions would be a more pastel and relaxing colors. For example if your bedroom is in the northern side, colder side of the building or if you need, if you more energy, if you feel tired, if you feel cold so you might want to use some light shades of yellow or green, or peach, apricots something warm, cream. So if your bedroom is in a southern part for example where it gets hot or if you are very high energy, fiery person you might want to use a little bit cooler colors. So like sage green, cream once again. So I had a client recently that were very fiery very high energy people, and they were getting stressed and their bedroom was very dark, orangey bright color, so I suggested to change that and after they changed it, they actually felt much better in their bedroom.
