"Hi, in this segment we're going to talk about handstand catches and the first handstand catch I think is probably one of the most easiest ones. Is to actually set it up with a little bit of angle and once you go up onto a handstand. I'm going to try and catch it in between my legs. Now with a handstand catch it's very, very critical to put the set exactly where you want it because once you get up on the handstand. There's no way that you can adjust. So you have to make the set like a hundred percent there. Otherwise it's going to be impossible to catch. There's a little bit of wind out here but I'm going to try and demonstrate this handstand catch now. I'm going to put some counter spin on the Frisbee. I'm going to set it up and catch it there. If you notice if the, if you put angle on it. It's going to come up and it's going to come down this way. So you have to kind of judge how far you have to put it out into the wind in order for it to come down in the right spot. So I'll try one more now. Counter spin I'm going to set it up and catch it there. That's the easiest type of handstand catch you can do."
