"Hi. In this segment we're going to talk a little bit about what we call traps. A trap is basically taking two body parts and trapping the disc with each; on each side of the disc. One of the first traps you might want to try is what I call the elbow trap or look ma no hands. You can take the Frisbee like this, toss the Frisbee up and catch it with your elbows and you can actually throw it with your elbows. You can also do that off of a delay where you spin it up here and trap it with your elbows. You can also spin it the opposite direction, come from under your legs and trap it with your elbows. You can also do that behind the back, come up, and trap it with your elbows. Another type of a trap is a knee trap. You want to be careful you don't do this too hard so you don't get bruises on your knee; toss it up, catch it with your knees. You can also come from here, toss it up and catch it with your knees. Those are two different types of traps. You also have another trap which they call the violin catch. I like to do that off of a roll. So, I'd actually do this roll here, this roll here, to the violin trap."
