"Hi. In this segment we're going to talk about another different type of set. It's called the double leg over. This one's a little bit advanced, so you definitely have to have your nail delay down, you have to have that center nail delay down, and controllable. And what basically you want to do, is you want to bend at the waist a little bit, bring that disc down low, and then bring one leg over, as this leg is going over, you hop over with the other leg. Now again, if you hold, if you're delaying your Frisbee too high, it's going to be very hard for you to get both legs over. So to make it easier on yourself when you're practicing double leg over, bend at the waist a little bit and hold it right here. And Ryan here is going to demonstrate a couple of different ways to do a double leg over. This is the count, this is the clockwise spin, this is the straight double leg over from one side to the other. Now he's going to try double leg over upside down. Back to the nail delay upside down again. And now here's a different set with double leg over, to the little pull out. So there's lots of different ways you can do the double leg over, and it actually comes up with a nice set to move you on into another move."
