"Hi, in this segment we're going to talk about how to do the under the leg nail delay hold. There's several different ways you can do it. You can do it with both spins, you can do it with different legs, you can do it standing up or kneeling down. So Ryan here's going to demonstrate how to do one going the clockwise direction of spin; left hand under right leg, nice, very good, and there's the hold. Now is the leg, the other leg. You can also have a Frisbee here, go under your leg, and hold it under your leg this way while you're on your knees. It's a restricted, they call this a restricted delay, because there's not a lot of room, and there's not a lot of area that I could move my hand. It's in a very restricted place. A lot like when you're standing up, and when Ryan did it under his leg here, there's a very restricted area. So it takes a lot of concentration, and a lot of control of that center work, and once you have that center delay, try different types of under the leg."
