"Hi, in this segment we're going to actually talk about a nail delay on the top side of the Frisbee. We call that an upside down delay or a UD delay. Now you can toss the Frisbee with a lot of throw with a lot of spin with the throw or you can just spin it up yourself. This is the easiest way to start to do it. The way I like to do it or you can actually give yourself a backhand. So Ryan here is going to actually, that's the upside down center nail delay. You can also do that counter clockwise and again you want to keep your nail right in the center and this one you don't get the opportunity to go in the rim. So you really have to concentrate on keeping that in the center. Focus on the center and it'll lead you to a lot of different types of trick catches and trick moves. Once you get that you could go under the leg with a set with an upside down center delay. Under the other leg you can do all sorts of tips and different types of catches."
