"In this segment, we're going to talk about another type of nail delay. It's actually not as hard as the center delay because the center delay, you have to keep moving your hand to get back to the center. With the rim delay, your nails actually going to fall right into the little rim that's around the other side of the Frisbee and depending on what spin it is, it's actually going to have what they call procession. So, I'm going to spin the Frisbee up. Put it right in the rim and you'll notice that the Frisbee is going to actually slowly rotate around. So, this is counterclockwise spin. It's going to go right to the rim. Now, see it's going around, going around that way. Now, if I go to the other spin clockwise spin, again now the spin is going this way. Now, for the rim, there's a lot of different ways that you can pull out do pull outs with the rim. Also, you can do turnovers but if you're first starting out and someone throws you a Frisbee, you get it in the rim. Let your nail just fall into the rim and try to keep it in the rim as long as possible. That'll set you up for catches and different types of moves that you going to try to do."
