"Hi, in this segment, we're going to talk about the overhand air bounce. Again, with the overhand air bounce, you don't want to have that tight grip, you want to have the fan grip. It's very important for that. Also, with the overhand air bounce, it's easier to do it, when you're actually doing it into the wind. And, when you come around with that overhand wrist flip, you actually want to push down, just a little bit as you release, lift the nose of the Frisbee up, so it comes in nice and soft, with some spin on it. So, here it is, here's the grip. We're going to bring it back here, come through and then push down right at the end. This one takes a little bit of practice, but once you get it, it's a lot of fun to throw this one."
